This is one of my very favorite chapters. The "Bubba" routine cracks me up everytime I read it. And the Sleeping Beauty's Castle sex scene is just the best. Yep, the ghosts were moaning all right!! and the sex hair that gets you busted by Cass... priceless!! the dialog is hilarious and the antics are hot and sexy. What more could you ask for in a fanfic!?!?!

Kellan is special to my heart as I DID meet him in SF in Feb of 2009. He is every bit as sweet and nice as he comes across. Love that we got to see more of Emmett in Eclipse. He even signed my copy of Twilight "To the Princess" And that is where the fantasy was born.
Hope you stay for the long haul because ther's a lot more to come!

I've never been to Disneyland, but since my BFF lives in Florida I've been to Disneyworld. I love it. I'm a big kid. I cry each time I watch the parade. My daughter has never been but we hope to go within the next couple of years. I love Ellen & Kellan's time in the castle. LOL.

This was a fun chapter to write and I wanted to have some fun with the little family because the next chapter is riddled with angst.
Like Ellen in the story, I spent a lot of time at Disneyland "back in the day". Some of my fondest memories. As far as the castle goes, a girl can dream can't she!!

*LMAO* Kellan & Ellen are so adorable together. He could have been in really bigtime trouble - I totally get where Ellen is coming from, if there's one thing my husband is banned from it's reading my writing. Seriously, him sneaking a peak of my writing which is something I cherish and don't really share with many because it's theraputic for me, it would almost equate to cheating in my mind.
Good thing they've made up though - I know Ellen isn't young but you just never know about babies... :) Kellan probably has super sperm. hehehehe

You had ME LMAO with that super sperm commenT! That's just too good. I'll have to use that in one of my writings! I'm glad you get the privacy issue. Although my husband knows about my writing, he hasn't asked to read any of it, yet. I'm not really sure if I want him to, or not.
As for Kellan sneaking on, I think that it was the invasion of the "sisters" privacy that upset Ellen more, because of the strong bond that the ladies have. Just how strong that bond is, is revealed more in later chapters.

I couldn't live without you, babe." - WOW for a man to actually admit this........ another great chapter, I felt so bad for Kellan, he really "no not what he do". I'm actually glad you didn't have her drag out forgiving him, and the "make up sex", well what can I say girlfriend, you have this down...."bar none".
Interesting, when Brock told Kellan about wanting Santa to "not make Grammy and Grampy sad anymore.... and this whole conversation
"What are you thinking about so intensely, baby?" I asked quietly.
He blinked, coming back into the present. "You look kind of sad."
He leaned down and kissed me lightly. "Nothing really," he replied. "Just working some things out in my head. Nothing to worry yourself over."
Could it be our Mr. Kellan is thinking about how to approach the subject of having "their own little Kellan'? I caught his words and got that feeling.

Very percptive, m'dear! Although things will not be as you imagine! Of course, Ellen's age will be a factor in the whole "having kids" scenerio.
I see Kellan as a man that is not afraid to show his feelings and be honest in them. You're right it's rare for a man to open up on that way...but our Kellan is not your average man, is he?

Another great chapter! Found her reaction to his sneaking onto 17 very realistic, although I still think she forgave him too soon...but it is Kellan, right?? LOL

Hi Ellen! Oh, what a chapter! So much emotion in this one and a fight! I fear your forwarning about the next chapter - oh, please don't separate these two! They need each other! It was really hard to write them fighting, but I had to throw a little bit of RL in there. So far it's been a fairytale. Now that the wedding is over and they are settling down, things are gonna get back to normal...for a while! The next chapter is FUN! I enjoyed writing it! Lots of Kellan and Brock. But, there is angst coming in a big way.

I still have quite a bit written. So far I have posted 113,380 words and have a total of 270,262. That means that I'm about half way through. Didn't realize that I was so chatty! DH says that he knew I was! lol
