It might be a new moon moment but he was on his knees. Still made it more of a command instead of a question. Maybe that is just me being hot headed. I always prefered "Will you be my wife?" or something along those lines. Or it could be the sentimental romantic Canadian in me, ha. Who knows. That was all so good for my soul that I dreamt it all last night. Better then the dream from the night before that was surrounded around the A&E show 'Hoarders'. Yeah, that one didn't feel good. But this story, fills my soul. Liking more and mroe each day that you had them go public in Vancouver. *smiles*

I KNEW it! I KNEW he was going to propose!!! Ok, I didn't know he would propose before I started reading this chapter... but as soon as he started intentionally hanging around and secluding himself with the most significant men in Jen's life, I guessed that he might have been seeking permission or just informing them that he was going to ask Jen to marry her!
I have to admit, I've been waiting quite a while for this one, missy! :) Definitely a good proposal, I'll tell you that! I love that Rob brought it all back to where it began! Very cute! And I'm sure Nick was having minor panic attacks about Rob not just going public with Jen, but now with him PROPOSING to Jen - that means he's completely off the market in the young girls' minds! Before, I thought maybe Nick was overreacting when he didn't want Jen to ruin Rob's rep or anything... I understood his reluctance to change what seemed to be a sure thing, but had I been in Nick's spot then, I might have possibly welcomed the speculation that Rob has another girlfriend and then be thinking about all the press about potential love triangles with KStew and whatnot... but I think I'd actually be pissing my pants if I were Nick NOW. Rob being engaged could quite possibly become his downfall... they just have to hope that the majority of his fans are romantics and like Rob and Jen's story! :D
Update soon - I seriously can't wait!

I must say I read this the same time I got a google alert that RL Rob bought "someone" a locket so I'm happy for fic Rob but a little annoyed at RL Rob....oh well....love you girl! MWAH!

Loved this newest chapter; the action between Rob and Jen's family was wonderfully done, especially Meghan. Such a nice touch at the end to leave us with a bit of New Moon. Simply cannot wait for the next chapter to see what Jen's response will be---I know it will be 'yes'---just wanting to see how she handles it. Thanks again for such a terrific story.

You tweeted you were working on this chapter but I didn't expect it last night. And I certainly didn't expect such a fun chapter about Orcas. What a great way for Rob to meet Jen's family. It was terrific. The two Robs, meeting Christie, the teenage fangirl, it made for such a interesting and funny first meeting.
And what an ending. I really didn't see it coming. Not yet anyway. 80-plus chapters and this story still is exciting, and fun, and sexy and I can't wait for more.
