oh my gosh so much goodness today! I can't get enough. this was great. I love that Jen got to cook with Rob's mom. Her brother sounds like a real asshole and I'm sorry she had to go through that, but she has Rob and the rest of the Pattinsons who love her. I some how wish we had Boxing day in America over crazy shopping day in America. Well only if we had our own Rob lol.

How exactly do we try to officially get the US to celebrate Boxing Day? Because if that's the kinda stuff that goes on...Sweet Fancy Moses! One day I'm going to start smoking thanks to you Steph!
Such a good chapter - the phone call with her brother was amazing, as was Rob's realization that not every family is as awesome as the Patty Clan. It's one of the ways he grows...seeing how others make their way in a world that is different from his own.
Poor Jen...how my heart just hurts for her. No matter how strong she is, having to hide her love for Rob, having to deal with those closest to his career thinking that she is no good for him...no matter how she feels for him and how much she understands where they're all coming from...that has to be tough. I'm just so glad that Rob has really made an effort to show her how much he wants to just live his life with her, how proud he is to be with her. No matter how much they have to hide, his abililty to continue making her feel loved is what will get them through.
So glad to have ROBJEN back...I've really missed them!
And 2 threads to keep up with - that just means double the Pretty!

glad you liked the phone call with her brother... she really is alone in the world. and Rob really needs to see that not everyone has it as well as he may.... so true... it will come up again...
Jen has built so many walls to protect herself, and yet she really is fragile and tender and loving... an amazing person to be sure. to still be able to be kind and loving and true to those she cares about, rather than cold and bitter... and the rough times have made her strong. how lucky Rob is that she is willing to fight, and be there for him, regardless.
So happy to be back , i can't even begin to tell you! that was the hardest 3 weeks ever!
and 2 threads... different views.... hehehe i can't wait to post Robs view of the Johnsons hehehe
