I've been following your updates for the ever so wonderful Amishward fic on FF.net, "in your world" -- every time there is an update I'm glad but I'm also thinking... "but... when are we going to hear from Jen?!?!" I hope we do so soon. Your fics are a bright ray of sunlight in my dreary dissertation writing/editing process.
Anyway, back to this chapter. Great progress for Jen beginning to see the light about what being a mother is really about. Can't wait for more progress on that front. I'm waiting to see if there is any fallout from her niece knowing the truth...

This was sweet (and hot)! I'm glad that Jen gets to be part of a welcoming family, though. I felt awful for her when she was telling Rob the story of her mother and brother. So sad. :(

I know it's all ficticious, but I love how you've depicted the Pattinson family. I'd let them adopt me too. Although sadly, his parents aren't much older than I am. But a girl can dream, right?
You are waaaaaaay too good to me, Steph. Adjusting the blog for me. Really too good. I sort of read a spoiler in that I saw the rtp comments, but it's not really a spoiler in that I would have to hope (unless this really is like MoTU) that by the 80 whatever chapter they would be into February 2010. So even though I know they are still together by then (hopefully forever HEA), I wasn't surprised or anything.

well, she doesn't blog much for the next several chapters, so i figured we were good for a while. hahaha. they are a little further ahead in time by chapter 80 (erm... but maybe not much..snort) I read the comments and figured they were safe. I mean 80 chapters and not being together would be painful right?
I love the Patty clan, even though I don't know them, just the fact that they support him as they do, coming to every premier and offering him that kind of love is special. So i definitely wanted to convey that here. And I have quite the soft spot for Mr. P. I just want to hug him.

That was a cute chapter. That grand total for the shopping excursion is awesome! I'm hoping that is only the beginning of the payback and I'm not talking about money, either.
And I really like the "I love you more" that Rob says. It's actually something that my husband and I say to each other quite a bit.
I'm glad that Jen told Rob about Nick. It seemed wrong just keeping it from him.
But Mother Nature is a bitch, isn't she? I'm hoping that at least they're reunited in the next chapter.

I love their flirty banter and I'm a massive sucker for texting, emails, etc. Any kind of text in a fic makes me squee, so obviously loving this.
That blog about killed me. Jen's pain killed me and now reading the blog comments from Rob. Interstingly and not purposely, I read them all in the same chronological order they were made. Are you Leah too? So sad. I hate that she never went back there. I could tell he was drunk posting with some of them too. So authentic, Steph. That's a shitload of work for you. I'm all caught up on the blog even though I'm still at work. Yeah, that's me. Sucky employee. But I have a bit of a bone to pick with my bosses right now so I don't feel as guilty as I probably should.
Can't wait for the reunion!! Once again thrilled that I can just hit "Next." :)
