I love Carlisle here - pointing out that both he and Bella could get hurt. I'm thinking that Bella and Edward could develop real feelings for each other but Jasper just seems to be in it for "the game." I hope Bella doesn't end up being the one hurt - it would be nice to find out more about her history and see her as strong enough to put them in their place. Thanks for a great story.

It seemed when I was reading this that Bella's more into Edward then Jasper, but that could just be wishful thinking. I mean, she did faint in Edward's arms. It's probably wrong but I kind of like the idea of Jasper and Edward fighting over Bella and I have no problem with it as long as it's not Bella that gets hurt in the end - afterall, she seems like the innocent one here. And the boys hae made a deal to pool their efforts to both get Bella... yeah, good luck with that.

Ok so I gotta say that I was a little disturbed by this chapter because of Jasper's and Edward's advances toward Bella. I didn't really like it. For a while it was like they were doing all this against her will, even though she didn't say no. She never really said yes. Especially when they were holding her down.
It was somewhat righted when Edward said he could he see in Bella's eyes that she wanted it just as bad. Still feel that she was taken advantage of but could tell that you didn't want it to read that way.
Anyways, I will keep reading. I am wondering if this will end up an Edward/Bella hook up or will Jasper be involved the whole time?
