Hey sweetie,

Of course, you know I loved it. You made our soldier Emmett just as loving and caring as your others. His yearly tribute to Edward was perfectly Emmett You did an awesome job, darlin'. I could see it all as I read. Lookin' forward to more from you!

Author's Response:

Hey, Ellen!

Oh, thank you! Thank you so much. I thought I'd get some flack for this Emmett, but of the few reviews I've received so far, they've all been positive. Thank you for saying you could imagine the story in your head as you read. That's such a nice compliment and something I strive for in everything I write! Yay!

I'm working on my entry for the Show Me Your Patriotism contest. I wanted to enter a couple of others, but they all have deadlines of August 1st. Not enough time. But I seem to be on a roll with military fics lately, lol. There's so much research that I did for Blood and Honor and then for my future entry that I haven't named yet. They're two different wars, so it's been quite an undertaking. Totally worth it in the end when I can be proud of my work. :)

Thanks so much for reviewing. You know I love hearing from you! You're so sweet and have made my day with your kind words!
