Have you ever considered what Breaking Dawn would have looked like if there had been a battle instead of a peaceful confrontation?  What if the Cullens had come to the field prepared?  But let's back up and consider what would have triggered such a preparation.  Surely when Eleazar proclaimed Bella a shield, Alice would have seen this... and if she had, wouldn't it have triggered another vision or two?  Maybe resulting in two very different outcomes...?  The Cullens have a lot of talent at their disposal, but there isn't a finer, more intelligent military leader than their own Jasper Whitlock.  Proven in battle before, and possessing a reputation for being the absolute best, please join me in this thrilling, yet very plausible multi-chapter "what if" ride.

Most of the POVs are Jasper, Garrett and Kate, but as the tale progresses there are other POVs to include Maria, Edward, Bella, Rose, Alice, and Carlisle!

The tale is canon, using some of the very same dialogue Stephanie provided, but the alternate universe comes in ONLY when the tale veers off into a battle.
