Edward leaves Bella one morning to go hunting. When he gets back, why won't she wake?

My years of medical training had never prepared me for the sight of the woman I loved, limp and unconscious. Even my perfect vampiric recall couldn’t compete with the panic fogging my mind.

This story takes place ten years after Bella Swan graduates from Forks High School. She was able to move on from her heart-wrenching break-up with Edward Cullen when he left for Dartmouth. She has been living her life trying to forget him – her one true love – ever since.

Then that fateful night at the ten year reunion, she runs into Edward Cullen and her life is turned upside down.

Edward left Bella broken, but not alone. She still had her father, her mother, the pack and Jake. When a vengeful Victoria puts all her efforts into changing that, however, Bella decides to run before more damage could be done. But she soon realizes there is no way she can outrun a superfast vampiress bent on revenge. So...she stops running,... waits... and leaves it all up to fate.

What if the “talk” in the forest between Bella and Edward went differently? What if she wasn’t quite so slow, and actually acted like the intelligent girl she was characterized as?  What if she sees through Edward’s lies about how he “doesn’t want her to come” and she fights back by pointing out what seems to be Edward’s Major Flaw? One-Shot!

Edward's point of view concerning the first full day he spends back in Forks.

AU set in the New Moon time frame. Edward has his reasons for leaving after the birthday incident.

He expects the family to start packing, but Alice stands up to him and says: NO.

It's been 25 years after Edward left Bella. Now that the Cullens have reunited with Bella they are suprised to find that she is not running back into their open arms. Instead Bella tells them her story of how her life took a tragic turn after they left.

"Bella, can we just go back to the way things were?" Alice pleaded.

I wouldn't lie to her.  "No."

When Edward flees to Volterra after learning of Bella's death, he is coerced into staying as a member of the Volturi guard. When he becomes hopelessly lost, will he allow the person he least expected to find him? Sometimes redemption can be found even when it is not being sought after.  Contains slash and some dark themes.

Broken Promises is an alternate ending to New Moon.  Edward comes back the day Bella goes cliff diving.  He plans to just check up on her, but he can't stay away.  Then Jacob phases and hurts Bella, and Bella must decide what she's going to do with all of the broken promises (both Edward's and Jacob's).  The story is told from Edward's POV.

Alice’s werewolf blindness never allowed her to see Bella’s cliff diving at La Push, so she and the rest of the Cullens continued to stay away from Forks.

Bella struggles with her changing feelings for Jacob, her pain from Edward’s rejection, and her lingering feelings of love for the vampire who broke her heart and disappeared. Will Jacob and Bella find their way to each other and get their chance at happiness? And when a miserable and heartbroken Edward returns to beg Bella for forgiveness, what will she do?

As relationships change, Victoria continues her vendetta.

After Jasper’s attack on Bella during her birthday party, he leaves the Cullens and sets out to find a way to get his bloodlust problem under control.  Meanwhile, the Cullens leave Forks. Bella is alone and vulnerable.  When Victoria comes for her, Jasper is the only one she can reach for help.  

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.  Jasper and Bella find that there are consequences, even for acts of redemption.

The story begins six months after Edward left Bella in the forest, but unfortunately things have taken a darker turn than our beloved SM wrote. This is the tale of how Edward and Bella eventually find their way back to each other, although it is a difficult road traveled. There will not be any reference to the events in Eclipse or BD.
