Why is Jake fighting the imprinting and why doesn't he want everyone else to know he imprinted? Wouldn't it help keep Nessie safe and out of the teeth of the other wolves?

My, you do ask a lot of questions, don't you? ;) Everyone knowing that he's imprinted on Nessie *would* keep her safe, but it would also have some other repercussions that Jake would rather avoid at this point... But that's all I'm saying! lol! ;)

im in love with this story, honestly and truly but cud u do me a favor and tell me wheather its gonna be a happy ending 4 nesse and jake or not? please? i kno u probably dont want 2 spoil ur story line and all but in order 4 me 2 really enjoy this i need 2 kno if it ends as a happily ever after or not. i tend 2 bawl my eyes out at sad endings and i dont wanna b sad, i wanna b happy=). please please please! and gud luck with ur army training! awesome story and i cant wait till the next chapter

You don't have to worry - I can't stand sad endings either, and I'm a hopeless romantic at heart, so Jake and Nessie *will* definitely end up together and they *will* get a happily ever after. There are going to some bumps along the road, of course, but they'll get there - eventually ;)

I LOVED this line from this chapter: "that he was bound by ancient wolf magic to be her loyal, loving slave for all eternity." It's so funny and sweet!

Haha, Jacob's a bit of a character... he makes fun of himself so easily sometimes, I just can't help myself, lol. But he's trying, he really is... He's a bit more grown up here than in the books, but he's still just a silly boy when it comes down to it ;)

I feel Jacob's pain in this chapter. It'll be interesting to see the wolves reactions to Renesmee and find out what Jacob will be up against, keeping their paws off her.

Wow, thank you! I'm so glad you're enjoying it! Training was, eh, training, lol. Mostly just glad it's over and I can on to real work now, and not be cut off from the world, lol.

Jacob's under a bit of stress, heh. The poor boy has no idea what he's doing. But, not to worry, he'll figure something out... eventually ;)
