Wow that was great. Amazing imagary, and I'm so glad you steered away from the they lived happily ever after ending.
Incrediably powerful. I love love loved it. Now I am off to read that poem!

This is a really compelling story! It has a lot more heart than I had expected. A continuation would be quite interesting.
