Omg! This is really good. It seems that everyone just wants to write AU/AH smut, so finding something else is very refreshing. And I love the way you do Alice's point of view. Good job, write more soon. =D

Just wanted to say I love your take on the Twilight story through Alice. She's a great character.

Wow! I am in awe. Never before have I read a fan fiction true to Twilight, where the authors had added conversations on their own that were so true to character and flowed naturally. I loved Alice and Jasper's relationship. I believe you captured the Cullens' life immaculately. Edward is very true to character, just as I had envisioned him to be, even when the dialogue differs from Twilight.

Author's Response: I'm glad you think so. Since I write for a canon site, I have to keep the story true to Stephenie's. I'm glad that you think the additional sections add to the story. I just think there had to be so much more going on during that time that we never heard about.

I'm so sorry to hear about your puppy. It is always rough having to say good bye to a part of your family. I'm very scared for my own pup right now, he has surgery next week to repair his acl in his right leg, I'm petrified something bad will happen. The stomach flu sucks, i feel your pain with having it on christmas, I had it on Thanksgiving.
A great chapter, yet again. Can't wait for the next update

I didn't realize how much I actually liked Alice until I read this story.
A lot of the other stories that I've read have Alice as this unstoppably cheerful force...and it's refreshing to see that she has down moments too. Especially because, next to Edward, her gift is the most relied on.
I like this story. Great job!
Author's Response: I'm so glad you like her even more now. Alice is my absolute favorite.
Yeah, I'm not always very happy with the portrayal of Alice in FF. She's either a shallow shopping-addict, or a hyper-spaz. Alice may be an eternal optimist, but she has her down times too.
The two of them and their gifts. I adore the relationship between Alice and Edward. There is so much that they share.

I think I tell you this every time I review, but I lovelovelove this story. Can't get enough.
I think my favorite part of this chapter was when Jasper opened up about his human past. I feel that in SM's books, we don't get to see too much of Jasper or any of the other Cullen kids, so hearing all the stories and memories is so nice. Well, not hearing...reading.
Love it, and of course, I want more immediately.

PLEASE update! This story is so unbelievably well-written and so consistently interesting, I need more!! I'll be favoriting this and checking for a new chapter daily until my wishes are fulfilled. Ugh, what have you done to me?
Author's Response: I promise I'll update, but I won't promise when because I would hate to disappoint a reader! I am back to working on Ch 18 now that the Christmas contest is over. Just set the story as a favorite, and your preferences to be notified when a favorite is updated, and you won't have to check back so much! (Not that I mind Alice getting all that attention!) If you've nothing to read while you're waiting, check out Extraordinary and Evening Falls by Avalonia here on this site (a T rated fic) or Disaffected by Smellyia (a nc-17 fic). These two are some of my favorites here and both are written by high caliber writers.

Wow, this chapter was so incredibly entertaining! I laughed so much! It was so well-written and... exciting! Who knew a snow ball fight, well, snow ball WAR, could be so fun? I absolutely adored this chapter. It was so creative, you thought of every twist. Great work!! :)
Author's Response: It's fun to live in the canon world. Occasionally it's hard dealing with vampire issues, all of their abilities make for some really fun situations. I had a great time writing the snow war. We used to play games like this when I was little...minus the 30 foot tree climbing and draining oil pans.

Author's Response: I know! I really think that is why Alice is so much fun to write, because she wasn't really explored. It's so much easier to make her what I think she would be.
Soon, I'll be finished with the new chapter soon. I had a few interruptions I had to deal with, but I'm back on track now.

Author's Response: Well thank you so much for picking favorites! I love Alice's POV too, I think she's just so much more objective about the whole thing...at least she has been. I think we're going to have some occurances that may influence her narration eventually. Ch18 is in the works, but I'm currently tied up with a sesonal one-shot atm. AaaaH! Two final papers left to finish and all I want to do is read your fic! This is incredibly done. You made it fit so wonderfully into Twilight, and it seems like you've got even the little details down perfectly! So far, I'm loving the fact that Alice mistook Edward's murdering spree for Jasper's, and I also love the reactions that you have created for my favorite civil war vet!

I am SO glad you are back with a new chapter. I've really missed this story. I went back and skimmed the chapters to bring me up to speed again. I will admit that reading Alice/Jasper's scene was sort of like watching someone's home video that was leaked. But I mean, in the *good* way. I hope more of this shows up!!
Author's Response: Heh....this chapter was a bit more fluffy than usual. I can't get much more graphic than that though, and keep the T rating at FFN. I know i've got a bunch of younger readers so i guess i don't mind keeping it clean. I'm so glad you enjoy the story. Your kind words are so encouraging! Welcome Back! I'm so glad you started writing this story again, i missed Alice's version of events so much. Once again, a great chapter. I like the way to expended Alice's enthusiasm at meeting Bella into something more than just excitment about having a new friend. You suggesting that Alice is incomplete without Bella in her life is so different from any other version of their relationship that i have read. I like this idea. It makes the feeling that Bella was destined to be a Cullen even more tangible. Everything about her drew Edward in, but Alice's need for her strengthens this idea for me anyway. I resubmitted and sent a few messages and tah-dah...here it is! I also have accounts at FFN and Ramblings and Thoughts and those get immediate updates. Same pen name for both sites, but the story is simply called Alice on FFN. I'm currently in the middle of ch18, but with the holidays and the proposal of a Cullen Christmas Contest by Jandco and WTVOC, I'm wearing my time thin. I'm so glad you noticed that Alice has more interest in Bella than simply friendship. My buddy Avalonia and I have done a lot of thinking about the relationship Alice wants with Bella and why she seems to be so driven. I'm hoping that it's coming out in the story. The Alice that lives in my head isn't the shallow, shop until you drop, overly happy pixie. She must more deep and reflective...there are things going in that head that Edward misses because he's so focused on himself and Bella. Thank you for reading, and for the words of encouragement!
