Excellent start to the story. That's a very funny banner you've got, I think I can guess what'll happen in this story.

Anyways, I think that this first chapter is an excellent look into Edward's mindset.

OOOOH!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

You have a really flowing way of writing. It just rolls of your tongue. Well... it would roll of your tongue if you said it out loud. Well, anyways. IT FLOWS.

My only slight criticism would be to put in a physical description of Isadore in early next chapter, or something, because, this is probably just me, but I've been imagining him REALLY feminine. And, when I say 'feminine' I mean the heart-shaped face and everything. Even the long hair. Again, probably just me because most readers aren't as clinically insane as I am - they don't need written proof that he doesn't look like a girl -, but, even if it is just me, it would be nice, anyways :D

I really like this idea (I saw the original thread on the forums) and this fic looks like it has a lot of potential. However, it feels like you're moving really fast. I've always seen Edward as very sexually repressed, both by upbringing and by choice. It took him a while to realize that he was physically (sexually) attracted to Bella, because he was so consumed by bloodlust that the normal lust got lost in the shuffle. Therefore, it seems unrealistic that Edward would come to the conclusion that he wanted Isadore's body just as much as his blood after only an hour together, an hour which Edward spent trying desperately not to kill him.

Personally, I would like to see this story unfold slowly, with Edward coming to realize his feelings for Isadore over a long period of time. I imagine that he would first strike up a friendship with him before realizing the attraction (or understanding that what he is feeling is romantic). Edward is going to be freaked the fuck out by this revelation and it's going to take a lot of convincing/soul searching to accept that what's going on between him and Isadore is okay.

With all of that being said, I hope you keep going, because it sounds like a really interesting take on the story. Good luck.

I am perfectly ready to like this story. I am posting one myself where the hero is a gay vampire (but not making out with Edward) : only please promise me that you are not giving us Twilight all over again, the new boy at school, the blood lust, the van, the meadow.... I don't think I could stand it. If on the contrary, the plot is different, then I am all for it.

There will be some similiarities to Twilight but I'm not going through the book chapter by chapter and changing the character from Bella to Isadore. That'd be boring and totally not worth the point.
