I've had the idea for this for awhile, I'm having issues setting the right pace for it, I keep feeling like I'm rushing through and then I feel like I'm dragging parts of it out...

I'm SO freakin excited about this story!! I wonder how James ever came across vampires to begin with. I'm also suprised he didn't just take her and bite her when he had the chance. And I can't wait for the intro to the Cullens! I'm curious as to how Charlie comes to aquire their help. Will werewolves play a part also?
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I'm having a lot of fun writing this! James keeps trying to talk to me, so I have a feeling we're going to end up with at least one future chapter in his PoV. We'll gain more insight to him them. The Cullens will make their appearance after Bella settles into Forks. You'll see it coming :) I don't think I can do this without the wolves, Originally I hadn't planned on them being in it at all, but I shifted the storyline a little and I think they'll fit in nicely. Hard to avoid the E/B/J triangle <evil>

James is creepier than in the SM book. I love Charlie, though I have a feeling all his caution is futile. I can't wait to read more.

Author's Response: Oohhh! Good questions! I can't really give anything away just yet though, but I CAN tell you that you'll get answers to both within the next couple chapters. I won't leave you hanging too long about that.
