Great chapter. I can only imagine what is going through Edward's mind right now. I really, really, REALLY wouldn't want to be Mike Newton right now! I can't see this ending pretty for him. I loved the conversation that the two of them had! They are great together! When Bella started in on the burial arrangements and put Edward into shock I seriously lost it! That was great! You know things are improving when she actually starts thinking she needs to call him "Edward" from now on! Awww...how sweet!

Again- loved the chapter! I'm so happy she called Edward and they got this bit of interaction. I just love reading about the getting to know each other. *sigh*
I had two favorite parts- the whole eat your pie thing, and the part where Edward told Bella not to change.

Also I love the increase of interaction between E/B. It's fantastic.

I'm loving this so much. I'm glad we got to see into Edward's head again during this chapter. He's like a mystery and I love unravelling it with Bella.
I'm really sorry all my reviews revolve around Edward but like I said, I'm one of those girls. The rest of the story is great to, just so you know. Jess is funny and I hate Jacob so everything is as it should be.

I definitely loved this chapter the best and it's pretty much all due to the increased amount of Edward, lol.
Their banter had a smile on my face the entire time and Charlie's warning had me in stitched. I can't wait to find out more about him and it appears Alice is anxious to make a new friend.

The message on Edward's phone was freaking hilarious. Have I mentioned how much I hate Jacob? Again nothing to do with you or your story- just felt the need to reiterrate after he threatened to tell Charlie about Edward driving Bella.

So yeah... when I mentioned being one of those girls, I mean I love Edward way too much so I missed him in this chapter! Is still really liked the interaction between everyone and getting to know a bit about Edward (or at least the town's perception of him).
Best line: Talking about myself in the third person, on the other hand, that can stay gone.

This is an interesting start to the story. I'm really interested to find out what Edward's deal is. So far I really like this Bella. I hate Jacob, but I hate Jacob in every story. He seems nice though... but I still hate him, lol (sorry, I'm one of those girls).

Incredible!!! I loved this chapter more than the others. I knew it had to be Edward to the rescue. I loved that Bella is realizing that Edward is not all that bad or weird. I loved that he practically outed himself on paying attention for her and her being of interest to him. I cannot wait to see what will happen next to bring these two closer. Great story it is myfavorite!!!

I think you meant peek. Gotta love those pesky similar words - to/too, there/their, peek/peak. Your brain says one thing and your fingers type something else. Stupid human typing fingers ;-)
Loved, loved, loved the entire coversation. One thing I admire in a fan fic is believable dialog and this chapter is a shining example of your skill in this area. It flowed perfectly from beginning to end, so much so that when I came to the conclusion I was, as usual, left wanting more. The verbal exchange between Bella and SWCIFD aka Edward never felt contrived or like the pair were talking way above their age/peer group - which many AH fics struggle with. The humor and light sarcasm used to set the mood and flavor the characters was subtle and spot on. I can't wait for more....
And I KNOW this is AH - I've seen your Author Notes restating this fact even if I hadn't already known! - but I can't help but WISH the Cullens were really vampires in this *sigh* But I still adore this story because of your writing. I'm just a vamp gal at heart!
