This made my day. The family dinner reminds me of the Sunday dinner that is in "The Color Purple." It cracked me up in the movie when Miss Celie is making death threats and waving a butcher knife and Miss Sophia is fixing her plate and making polite conversation like nothing out of the ordinary is going on. It made my day. Just wanted to let you know. Now I will be clicking next to find out just what his uncle said.

I just wanted to tell you how much I'm loving this story. I can't wait for the moment they'll exchange pictures, that'll be exciting! They're such a lovely couple and you write your E&B so beautifully. I also love the historical notes you add, they're very interesting of course, but also help people realize how much work there is behind these works of fiction (at least those like yours who try to be as historically accurate as they can be).

As you now, Edward never got the chance to send Bella his pictures.  It would've ruined everything.  How immediately she accepted his being a vampire in canon never sat right with me.  I think she needed time to first of all, properly grieve for Edward Masen--because I really believe he did die, Edward Cullen is a different person, but also to come to love and trust Edward Cullen to be able to accept him as a vampire.

Loved the first chapter! I am intrigued by the time travel aspect of your story and how you'll develope it. I have also watched "The Love Letter" before starting to read this story, nice tv movie, J.J. Leigh was so beautiful in it.  =)

I'm so glad you liked it!  As you know, I didn't stay to the plot of "The Love Letter" at all, just the basic concept of people living in different times somehow being able to communicate.  I just think that's such an incredible idea.  I like it much more than the idea of one person traveling to another person's time because this way it's something that they're sharing so much more equally.

I am sorry for not reviewing each and every chapter but I could NOT stop reading this story!!!! To me I just didn't have time to write a review because I HAD to read the next chapter. I read I think for 12 hours straight lol! Then I got sick and couldn't review till now.

I LOVED IT!!!!! I was on pins and needles just waiting to see what would happen. I kept screaming "OH MY GOD" in my head when she kept talking about her trip to Forks, and then nothing happened!!! >.< lol I was so frustrated. So many things got me frustrated!! I was like WHEEEEEEN is she going to put the Dr. Cullen and the Cullen family together, but I liked the pic confirming everything for her instead hahaha better shocker xD

Wonderful wonderful read and writing!!!!! <3 You got added my fave list, story and author ^_~ keep up the great work!!!!

Yeah, the Easter trip to Forks was a bit anticlimactic, wasn't it?  (I'm evil.)

Edward only ever actually mentioned Dr. Cullen by name in his letters twice--the very first and the very last.  When Bella reread his letters, she reread the letters he wrote to her, not the one he initially wrote to Mic, all accept the last one.  It was too painful to reread the letter where he told her he loved her.  So she didn't see that name over and over.  I can't imagine that with everything else, she would have even remembered the name of someone Edward had only mentioned in passing twice, but even if she had, I can't see her linking the two Dr. Cullens as the same man.  I think she needed something irrefutable to smack her in the head, which is what the picture did.

Iiip, I can't believe it's over. I remember the day I stumbled over your story, you had about 1 or 2 chapters up... and i checked in every day because I was so impatient. You never dissapointed me with your chapters, not once. Thank you for sharing this with us, I'll be forever gratefull =)

I can't even begin to tell you how much I absolutely loved this story. It was incredible, amazing, just perfect. There was never a dull moment and I just love all the stories you created with Edward's human life and Bella's meeting. I am just insane with this story. It is so beautifully written and well thought of. I have never read a more enchanting fanfic before and this is definitely my absolute favourite. The entire idea of Bella and Edward knowing each other as humans, it just added so much more depth to their relationship. Thank you for this. It has brought me so much happiness to read.

Oh I just can't help the giant "awwwwwwwwww" I feel after that last scene. That was a perfect way to end. I love that the Masens got a glimpse of them together. Just... *sigh.* That was wonderful and well worth the wait. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I enjoyed it immensely!

The current day Masens were who enabled the whole story to happen by saving the desk and passing it on when Bella showed up, so I thought it was only fair to end everything with them knowing that Edward and Bella are together. Edward and Bella basically walking off into the sunset with the Masens looking on.... (Okay--it was cloudy, no sunset, but still.) That was exactly how I wanted to end it.

I'm both thrilled and sorry it's finally finished, but I've got two new stories in the works, and I'm glad to (hopefully) have a little more time to work on them.

The scene where Edward meets his human relatives is one of my favorites from the whole story.  The current day Masens were who enabled the whole story to happen by saving the desk and passing it on when Bella showed up, so I thought it was only fair to end everything with them knowing that Edward and Bella are together.  Edward and Bella basically walking off into the sunset with the Masens looking on....  (Okay--it was cloudy, no sunset, but still.)  That was exactly how I wanted to end it.
