I was gone for a LONG time too. I just put up several new chapters of my story so I totally understand being away.
but...umm.. update, yeah? lol
Author's Response: Yeah, I kinda dissapeared...Sorry! I'm glad that you like the story enough to keep checking on it! I started school back up last school year and was crazy busy trying to get all of my classes done so that I could finish this year (all that I have left is two quarters of student teaching and then one quarter with just two classes!).
I admit that I started on chaper 20 when I posted chapt 19, but now I have no clue where I was going with it.
I do very much want to finish this story, it just might have to wait until my life is not so crazy...(or until I get spurred on by another showing of Eclipse LOL)

Thank u for the realism of this story--especially Bella's recovery process! It must have taken alot of research for you...but it is so worth it :-)

Thank you! I wanted to try and be as real as possible...I like fantasy, but fanfics and stories where the characters heal and get over horrible stuff in a blink of an eye kinda bug me.

Drunk Bella is funny. I am glad that Edward stopped things from going further with her. He's right, their first time together should be special, he should make her feel special.
She's alone now. I have a bad feeling about this trip to Chicago. I think something bad is going to happen to Bella, like maybe James will come back for a visit.

Your Edward is so awesome. He's patient and kind, and I absolutely love how he didn't push Bella for more, or even entertain her advances beyond kissing because he knew it would hurt her. I hope Bella leans on the others while Edward is away...she needs friends right now.

Author's Response: LOL yeah, I HATE unpacking...whats worse is unpacking during the Christmas season when 1/2 the crap you unpack you have to repack because it's all holiday decorations...

I'm so glad that you are back. I've missed this story. I'm glad that things are better for you and your husband though hectic.
As for this chapter...it's good to see Bella stick up for herself, but obviously her lower self esteem and insecurities will continue to win out in the end. It will just take time. Enjoyed the chapter.
