i love this!!! idk how to explain it, but how its written and what its about...WOW!!! this is the type of Bella i like, she does not just not let Edward treat her like she's not important, like she doesn't have feelings!! they actually kind of talk it out! she sees what the problems is, and she is right, he absolutely does not respect her, to me it feels like he has to approve everything she does before she does it and that really pisses me off! yeah she is a little insecure and shy, but she is her own person she doesn't need him to dictate her life!!! i did feel a little bad for edward, i actually shed a few tears when they were talking in the forest, so sad!! So, please keep updating, i really wanna see how everything goes down! ~jennifer

I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said. I love Edward, but he needs a serious lesson in how to respect a 21st Century woman! And I think Isabella Swan is the perfect person to give it to him!! They do love each other, I think, and if they can just get the respect issue down, they'll be fine. Gah. Love the first 4 chapters so much. I love NM storylines where Bella tells Edward off. This one is different because both Edward and Bella are in heartbreaking pain while trying to sort things out, and Bella has basically dumped Edward. Usually Bella is either just completley angry and Edward is in pain, or they both realise their stupidity. Rarely do you read about Bella dumping Edward for her own good unless she has found her inner angry kitten.  You seem like you are going for a more melodramatic story (which I am excited about) I like how this plotline seems closer to cannon (with both of them tortured and introspective). Loved Esme coming to Edward in his hour of need and loved your line about Edward looking at Bella with wary intensity.

I hope this review made sense, I felt bad not reviewing before this. Love how your writing is totally expressing their very strong emotions. I love the pain as long as they get some happiness in the end. Thanks!

WOW! What a juicy review! Thanks so much for all your insights. I am trying to go deeper with this fanfic. I think B&E both having some growing to do, and if they can trust themselves and each other enough, they can have an amazing love together. I can't promise that the road will be short or easy, but I totally believe in happy endings, especially for my favorite couple :)

I loved writing that moment with Esme because I thought Edward really needed someone to cry on, but he was far too proud to ask. God bless Esme's maternal instincts!
