SOMP captured me from the moment I found it.  I found it several chapters in and when I realized that you updated every Sunday, well Sunday became my new most favorite day of the week !!!   At  times while I waited for my weekly fix, I’d reread some of my favorite chapters.  I found myself getting in deep with all the families.   There wasn’t a main character I really didn’t enjoy, loved them all.   The journey , wow what a ride…I loved your Jake and Leah.  What did I like about it absolutely everything.  From the moment Carlie walked into his life and Edward went to his knees telling her how sorry he was didn’t know she existed, I was hooked.   During the first meeting when they were discussing Carlie’s visitation, and Bella said one of her stipulations was that he not entertain guests while their daughter was with him, and he responded that won’t be a problem, when he went to pick Carlie up for her first visit with him and shed a tear at the picture she then gave to him of her and Bella, how he held it to his heart,  when Emmy requested  to sit in his lap during Carlie’s recital and he cried when he heard his daughter play so beautifully, when he’d been shot and he thought he’d found peace, he’d made amends with Bella and had gotten to know Carlie a little, when he awoke after his surgery and Bella told him she loved him, always had, always would, your description of the first time they made love, oh my god, the reverence when he traced her stretch marks from Carlie, the marriage proposal(so so beautiful) , the line in the sand , the discussion they had about the rock vs. the water (I know I’m out of order), the entire discussion about the book while he still didn’t know she was the author.  The preganancy, how he spoke to his children in the womb… I laughed, I cried, I loved.   I wouldn’t say there was anything missing, what I’d beg for if you’d allow me is that you consider writing an epilogue that tells us where they are perhaps when it is time for Carlie and Seth to have their children.... I know it’s selfish of me, but I just can’t believe it’s over…..  I want to hear about them and more children, and their grandchildren etc. etc. etc….. just one more please !!!

I have been reading Downward Spiral, but I am going to start reading your other stories as well.  It saddens me to hear you are leaving this world….. I hope I’ve told you enough how amazing I think your talent is, I tried to after each chapter tell you how much I appreciated your taking your time to share your talent with all of us.  We’ve been blessed…. Tell me something, when you see these reviews does it give your our email….. I would love to follow your future writing , whether that be fiction, non fiction….please keep me / us posted of your new work.    Until we meet again, stay well, god bless your imagination, and know that you made a difference, and gave me and I’m sure many others hours of beautiful, peaceful, distraction.  Many hugs, Angela aka Edwyna !!  Bye Bye

I love this story! Your writing is imanagitive and I love how they have come full circle. The poem right before he proposed was phenomenal. Very Edward like that's why everyone loves him. Thanks for this story and I would be happy if this story just kept going.

Aww... what a sweet ending. I had pictured a crazed Edward during the twins' birth - I never envisioned him actually delivering them so calmly. It was a wonderful ride - one that I am sad to see end. Thank you!

I have loved this story like nothing else I have read.  Your amazing ability to pull me in and care so deeply is was startling.  I was so invested in this family from chapter one.  You evoked such great passion from the start.  Then you proceeded to take us on this detailed emotionally raw journey that made us love each moment and character more.  You sucked me in.  I thank you for that.  I hope that writing will be a very real part of your life as you have such great talent.  I will miss this story.

There was nothing missing ... I just want more, yep you made me greedy.  It is your own fault as you made such rich faceted characters.  I fell in love with everyone and was surprised how much I loved the Velathris!

Also I must say about the entire story ... I loved each character and felt like you could write a series of novels (nope not just on Fanfic) Your Cullens, Blacks, and Velathris should be an epic series ala the Godfather trilogy or Barbara Taylor Bradford Woman of Substance saga.  This story would be book one The Cullen's story, next would be the Velathris- shoot that could be 2 books! Then the Blacks and finally a final in the series talking about the coming together of the families, not just Carlie & Seth but I feel that there would be other The next generation Sam's 1 & 2 and all the babies intermingling to make the families.  Just a suggestion.  You would write wonderful stories, I would buy/ read them and folks would love them in my humble opinion.

Thank you for all you have given me/ us.

i will so miss this story, and all your others. Edward delivering his children? Had me in tears. Happy tears, cause if Edward got the chance to redeem himself and be forgiven, maybe there is hope for the rest of us!

You are such a good writer.  I loved most of this story and the way you unfolded all of the misconsetions on both sides and the healing that the people rceived.  I really loved the different way that you treated the "bad guys" to make them into good guys, it war refreshing.  Ths struck me as more than a love story, it was a survival story first.  I really loved how you had Bella suceed with writing even though she did noe go to school for it.  Have you studied writing?

I believe that this story could be sold like "Shades of Gray" was!  It is such an inspiring story and give people hope to move forward with life after something bad happens to them.

After all the things that Aro did for Bella it made me cry that you gave him cancer at the end of the story.  I know for reality everything can't be lolypops and roses, but it still made me cry.

Thanks for a great story - Xanath

This story has been amazing. I loved that Bella didn't forgive Edward straight away and when she did, there was no going back on it.

Looking forward to your next tale.

What a great ending. I love that Bella had twins! I'm a little sad that Aro has cancer but I think that makes it more realistic. I thought this was a wonderful story and I'll be sad to see you leave the fandom once you finish your other two stories, but I hope you'll let us know where you'll be going so we can follow you. You have a wonderful writing style. I have to say I think I liked the drama the best in this story, I do like angst at times. I loved all the hurdles that Bella and Edward went through and you made me really love Robert and I'm almost sad that he didn't get the girl in the end. It would have definitely made for a different story. I thought this was wonderful and one that I will be reading again. I wish you the best on your future endeavors.

Amazing wedding. So excited that they finally did it, and every time he refers to Bella as his wife....or Mrs. Cullen...GAH!!! Want to do the happy dance. Loving it!! Robert could sense what I was feeling....she's preggers. Love it! Finally it is making sense to her. Got to love that kind of gift. Edward seems more than pleased....she's happy...damn ...I'm happy!!! Adore it ! Can't get enough.! I don't think he should keep carrying her now...but soon her can hold their baby! Got to love your story!! xoxoxo

OMG Robert is the one who noticed?!?!  All those Doctors running around that is so funny.  I'm thrilled for them, Carlie will be so excited!  Everyone will be thrilled.

Ya know everyone is getting a HEA, I hope you take Rose and Alice up on their suggestion and get Robert his HEA also!

Take care, Dixie
