i wrote a really nice review to go here for this chapter, discussing their "inhumaness", but sadly, it did not post. now i'm left here trying to remember the exact words and failing miserabley. Basicly it boiled down to "i hear ya" and "I couldn't beleive that babies were interchangeable".

well, this certianly put a new spin on my perception of his "gentlemanly" abstinance. Very good, very realistic if one just thought about why he was keeping her so firmly at arms length.

Rivers and Tides is my favorite movie--so fun to see it in here. Really interesting that you explore how the vampire family hasn't done much with their lives, except perhaps Carlisle.
