I cannot believe that Edward confessed that he has changed all these things about himself to get her to see him more than just a friend and then confesses that he is deeply in love with her and Bella has to think about it? It wasn't bad enough that he had to watch her date Numbnuts and stand there while he broke her heart, but now she wants him to wait while she decides whether she wants to try dating again after being so hurt. What is worse is that we hear through her POV that she has secretly had feelings for him. Bella does not have the brains that God gave her and Edward just waits like a patient puppy for any scrap that she is willing to throw him. Wow! When does she care about Edward's feelings? I am surprised his family did not step in to talk to him or even her about the level of disrespect Bella has thrown his way and question his love for someone who would do that. I am really shocked how this sweet story turned out.

THis chapter had such a sweet ending. Hopefully now Bella will get her head out of her ass and start treating Edward the way he deserves to be treated. He worships that girl and she doesn't even see it.

It is a shame that Bella did not trust her best friend enough to believe that he would only tell her the truth, but now she saw for herself the creep that Jacob is. I feel really bad for Edward for being doubted twice, in the diner and when he tried to save her from seeing Jacob and Jessica having sex at the party. Now, she needs him and wants him to stay with her? I hope gains a backbone enough to tell her how much she hurt him with her lack of faith in him before they fall in to this relationship. She does not deserve a man as loving and forgiving as Edward.

I don't know who was worse Jacob for cheating on Bella or Jessica for that warped reasoning to Edward about wanting him so she slept with Jacob. I love Emmett supporting Edward's threat and pinning Jacob against the wall to punch him before Rosalie calmed him down.
