PLOT BUNNY CONTEST ENTRY - What would have happened had Edward been able to hear Bella's thoughts? What would have changed? Would he have been interested at all? Or would she be just another voice in a crowd?

Edward has a sick fascination with all things dying whereas Jacob has an insatiable fear for it. Coming from two completely different worlds, their self-hate and depression leads to dangerous paths while facing devastating decisions. They eventually meet Bella Swan; a girl with a spunk they've never seen before, and whom has a few demons of her own. Learning to love and overcome their faults, they eventually teach Bella a little something as well.

Not all is as it seems when the Edwards from two different universes find a journal that can bridge the gap between them. Things become even stranger when the reality of one universe starts to bleed into the other, since in one universe vampires exist, and in the other universe, they do not.

Renesmee "Nessie" Cullen is a senior in high school and is on the brink of adulthood.  One day, a figure from her past re-enters her life.  Also, she and Jacob question the power of their imprinting.  Then, as if to complicate matters even further, Nessie is given an ultimatum from the Volturi asking how she wants to live:  as a human or a vampire.

Have you ever imagined yourself in Bella's shoes during twilight? Would you have done things differently? I know I would have, so I came up with this story and a few characters to replace Bella.

An unlikely alliance forged between Caius, Jane and Maria seeks to destroy the Cullen family. Each of the three takes hostages during a fierce, surprise attack. Only Jasper and Nessie are left as witnesses. Nessie seeks out the only people who can truly help find her family, the wolfpack.

More than willing to help once again, the wolfpack forges an even deeper alliance with the Cullens as they all begin to consider themselves to be truly...friends.

Set in the summer after Twilight, 2 weeks before the beginning of senior year, Bella wakes up one Saturday morning to find a sleeping, HUMAN Edward beside her.

"It was late August and we were going back to school in two weeks, so every single day had become invaluable to me. To be treasured, remembered forever, saved for a time I must leave to allow her to pick up her life as if I had never disturbed it.

But what about now? If I am truly human, that is no longer the case. I can give Bella everything she ever wants, everything she deserves. A real life, a husband... children? I have no need to leave her. I can stay and love her forever... If she’ll have me."

We've all turned the pages on the four blank months in New Moon. Edward left Bella in the woods and told her didn't want her anymore; his arrogance expected that she would just move on with her life. What he never expected was that she wouldn't be able to move on any more than he would. An angry Bella is something he couldn't fathom. What he didn't take into account is that Bella believes that true love is worth fighting for, and she's going to fight to keep Edward and her family. The Cullen abandonment hurt her deeply, but she's turned that pain into rage. What will happen when Bella decides to let them know she's not willing to let them walk away and leave her behind? How will they handle one mere human girl that's extremely pissed off, and willing to do whatever takes to bring them back?
